This path helps you communicate and send documents while keeping your case under your control. LaborMap sells fixed-fee language-support packages and may use independent subcontracted linguists to perform translation or interpretation. LaborMap does not provide legal advice, complaint drafting, representation, settlement negotiation, or outcome guarantees.

LaborMap is building an independent subcontracted linguist roster for fixed-fee language support. Roster members receive the confirmed subcontractor fee from LaborMap and must follow the published scope, confidentiality, and pricing rules.

Published fixed fees for language support

The amounts below are posted or confirmed fixed LaborMap language-support fees shown before work begins. The fee is paid to LaborMap for the confirmed package and may include subcontracted linguist cost plus LaborMap operations/admin work. LaborMap pays any subcontracted linguist separately. No hidden fees, post-hoc price changes, success fees, or percentage of recovered wages.

Pay only through a case-specific quote link

The amounts below are fixed-fee references or posted fees. LaborMap confirms the final package, total amount, cancellation terms, and NICEPAY payment link before work begins. Do not transfer money to any other account or pay an unconfirmed link.

NICEPAY card payment only

For the current review period, LaborMap opens NICEPAY with credit/debit card payment only. Virtual-account payment is disabled and is not displayed to users.

Free phone counseling and interpretation are also available from public services: the Ministry of Employment and Labor (1350) and the Foreign Workforce Counseling Center (1577-0071, 16 languages). Use paid language support when you need scheduled, dedicated help focused on your own case and timeline. For simple short text, try free machine translation first and request human review only when the meaning, deadline, or reply matters.

Cancellation and refund summary

You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. If you request immediate start or scheduled work has already begun, completed or already-started work and pre-disclosed pass-through expenses may be deducted, and any unprovided divisible part will be refunded where applicable. Refunds due are processed within 3 business days. Case results are not guaranteed and are not a refund reason.

Any tax receipt, invoice, VAT, cancellation, waiting-time, transportation, or refund term must be shown before payment. Do not pay any fee that was not posted or confirmed before work begins.

These licensed labor consultants work with LaborMap Korea. You decide whether and when to contact them.

Direct and independent engagement

You choose whether to request an introduction and hire the professional. You contract with and pay the professional directly. LaborMap does not receive a referral fee or share the professional's fee.

An independent professional may quote an initial or retainer fee and may propose a result-based fee under a separate agreement. Amounts and percentages vary by matter; only the professional's written quote and engagement terms apply.
